Return Policy - Order Cancellation
In case of error of our company, we fully refund you the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs.
In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, no amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is refunded, but the product is exchanged for another one. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

In case the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, the replacement is made in consultation with the product company.
In case of withdrawal, and within 14 days can be replaced with another product or refund, as long as the packaging of the product (s) has remained unopened. The shipping costs of the order are reimbursed in full. In case of additional transport costs, these are borne by the consumer.
Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products have not been opened and are in their original condition.

Product Return Procedure
In a store that cooperates with us:
Bring the product to our store (along with the purchase receipt) and after a check to verify that the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.
After you have already contacted the service department of dizi-living.gr, you pack and send the package with the product with the courier company of our pharmacy, if it is our fault or in any way of shipping if the shipping is done by you wish.
In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.
